The British Fashion Awards 2020

The Fashion Awards Get A New Look.
The British Fashion Council hosted a glitzy red carpet event at London’s Royal Albert Hall to celebrate the Fashion Awards, which recognised big names in the industry for their contributions to the fashion industry. The tributes have been announced by celebrities including Priyanka Chopra and David Beckham, including the likes of Beyonce, Katy Perry, Rihanna and even the Queen of England.
The BFC is taking a very different approach for 2020 with a series of special events, all of which will of course be virtual and shown in a 30-minute film.
Instead of the typical winners, 20 designers, brands and individuals who have driven change in their respective industries will be honored. The winners – chosen from 300 nominees by a committee of more than 800 industry members – are the result of Fashion Council founder and CEO David Beckham. Guests of honour include designers such as Alexander McQueen, Michael Kors, Gucci, Calvin Klein, Ralph Lauren, Prada, Givenchy, Alexander Wang, Zaha Hadid, Dior, Louis Vuitton, Giorgio Armani, H & M, Burberry, Versace, Chanel, L’Oreal and Victoria’s Secret. Anyone who walks the red carpet is in with the celebs at the BFC’s annual awards ceremony.
